Black Mirror II Hints

Get belongings back.

  • 1 of 10: Go downstairs to Bobby's room and look around for something that your belongings might be in.
  • 2 of 10: Click on the chest that's along the bottom edge of the screen to get a close-up view of it.
  • 3 of 10: Examine the chest, then examine its lock and decorations.
  • 4 of 10: You apparently need to use pitch information from the decorations to figure out the three-digit lock combo.
  • 5 of 10: Right-click on the traced carving in inventory to examine it, then look around the room for something to use its pitch info with.
  • 6 of 10: There's a grand piano near the bottom left corner of the screen. Click on it a couple of times to bring up a piano-plinkin' puzzle.
  • 7 of 10: After you do it, Darren will figure out how the tune can be turned into the chest's three-digit lock code.
  • 8 of 10: Get the chest close-up view again, then click on the lock to get its close-up view.
  • 9 of 10: Click on the lock's three rotatable numbers to set them to 3-2-5.
  • 10 of 10: When you do, the chest will be unlocked, and you can click on it to get your stuff back (plus a free postcard, if you didn't get one from the hotel earlier).
