The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon Hints
Where are all the best new Bloodmoon items?
1 of 6: There's an incredible stash in an easy-to-get-to hollow treestump.
2 of 6: The stump is on the east side of the main building in Thirsk (a small "town" on the east side of the Solstheim Map).
3 of 6: Open the stump up like a treasure chest to find that it contains some truly great artifacts, including 5 arrows that are each capable of damaging a target for 5,000 hit points in one shot! Save those beauties for when you have to finish off a very tough monster very fast.
4 of 6: The Scrolls of Savage Tyranny are very cool, too, since they can take control of any creature up to level 100 (which covers everything you'll ever meet in this game) for 300 seconds. The only way to get these scrolls is to do the East Empire Company Faction Quests, choosing to work for Carnius instead of Falco when you get the choice.
5 of 6: The Mantle of Woe in Rimhull (location 2) and Whitewalker in Benkongerike (location 59) are both great and powerful robes, but each has several bad constant effects along with the good. See the following link to find out how to counteract most of the bad effects.
6 of 6: The Mace of Aevar Stone-Singer, which is gotten at the end of the main quest "The Skaal Test of Loyalty," is one of the most physically powerful weapons ever. Its enchantment isn't much, but its base physical damage is incredible (up to 90 points!). Anyone with a high Blunt Weapon skill will find this to be one of the most effective melee weapons in all of Morrowind.
