Where can I find the skateboarder and what should I talk to him about?
1 of 6: From Vernon's apartment, turn left (it's on Nico's left, when Nico's back is to the fire exit of Vernon's apartment).
2 of 6: Move up the street, near the street where the cleaning woman is working.
3 of 6: The skateboarder can usually be found either just before the street with the cleaning woman, or just after. He can also be on either side of the street. He walks back and forth up the street, sometimes going as far as the street outside Vernon's apartment.
4 of 6: The skateboarder isn't going to be very helpful until someone else has given you more information.
