How do I find the chapel key?

  • 1 of 12: You'll need to get some information about the key before you'll be able to find it.
  • 2 of 12: The information you need will arrive by telegraph.
  • 3 of 12: You must first send some information by telegraph.
  • 4 of 12: The reply will arrive after you've used the equipment in the laboratory.
  • 5 of 12: After successfully using the machine in the lab, you should hear a bell ring.
  • 6 of 12: The bell is the telegraph machine signaling that a telegraph is ready to be received.
  • 7 of 12: Three pages will be received.  Pick them up and add them to your inventory.
  • 8 of 12: One of the pages is a note from MacFarley, which was forwarded to you by Inspector Pukkabrain.
  • 9 of 12: MacFarley tells you where to find the chapel key.
  • 10 of 12: The key is hidden behind his portrait in his office.
  • 11 of 12: Go to MacFarley's office and move the portrait. 
  • 12 of 12: The key is in a small box.
