Crystal Key 2: The Far Realm Hints
How do I bring water to the Desert House area?
of 12: You won't be able to do so, until you've solved some puzzles in the Desert House area.
of 12: In particular, you'll need to open the manhole and explore thoroughly inside. Warning: Once you've moved forward inside the manhole, save the game! If you leave too soon you won't be able to get back in!
of 12: There are two things you'll need to do, once inside the manhole. Both of them have to do with the large pipe running down the middle of the room.
of 12: When you first enter the room, look at the large pipe immediately in front of you.
of 12: The pipe has a large wheel-like valve control on it.
of 12: Go ahead and turn the wheel. You should notice the sound of water flowing through the pipe.
of 12: You'll also need to pick up an object for later use. To find it, move further into the underground tunnel.
of 12: Look on top of the pipe for an object (called a crank device).
of 12: Once you've done those two things, you are done in the tunnel area.
of 12: Does the shape of the crank device remind you of anything else you may have seen around here?
of 12: The shape is very similar to the shape of the indentation on one side of the tall vertical stone slab.
of 12: Use the crank device on the stone slab. Water should start to flow.
