Dark Fall II: Lights Out Hints
How do I start the boiler?
of 16: There's a gauge on the front, but no controls.
of 16: The controls are around the back. Use the lantern to see back there.
of 16: There are three switches that hiss when you pull them but don't seem to do anything else. They have to be pulled in a specific order, but what order?
of 16: In one of the dark corners of this room, there's a piece of paper that gives the order.
of 16: Face the stairs and look for a Look hotspot in the shadows at the bottom left. Zoom in and use the lantern to see a small scroll.
of 16: But this scroll is not as helpful as it might be. It shows the three switches of the boiler, as well as three more switches in the coal store, the little alcove across from the boiler; but instead of numbers it has drawings of three ships.
of 16: The ships are very stylized. It must be a code of some kind.
of 16: The guide to the code is very close by, and you don't need the lantern to see it.
of 16: Did you search the coal store?
of 16: Go into the alcove and turn right. Look close at the funnel thing on the wall, then grab the paper behind it.
