How can I get to the second communication relay?
1 of 3: Go up the stairs that are a short way north from the first relay, then drop onto the roof of the building to the north.
2 of 3: Go to the north end of that roof, then jump across to a metal walkway with a ladder on it.
3 of 3: Go to the edge of the walkway opposite the ladder and look up to see the second relay's dedicated terminal.
