1 of 8: After finishing the "Hunting the Hacker" main mission's third objective, go over to the Hive's exit door to get a bouncer to talk to you.
2 of 8: He refers you to Bobby Bao at the bar, so go talk to him about the operation to get this quest.
3 of 8: He says that there are three communication relays that you'll need to hack.
4 of 8: Each relay's dedicated terminal has a security rating of 2, and the hacking minigame will include multiple registers that you need to capture. That'll be impossible to handle unless you use virus and worm software and/or buy some helpful hacking augmentations. (Or use automatic unlocking devices, which are only available if you have the "Explosive Mission Pack" DLC installed.)
6 of 8: However you deal with Jaya, leave her apartment and turn right, then go into cover mode in the nearest corner and look down the hallway. There's probably a guard or two walking your way.
7 of 8: Sneak back out the way you came in, then return to the Hive club and talk to Bobby Bao about the job.
8 of 8: If you got the money (and not the memory chip), turn it in to get a Praxis kit. If you agreed to help Jaya, you'll have to pay Bobby 5000 credits or go back to Jaya and deal with her another way.
