How can I get to Jaya?
1 of 5: She's in the heavily guarded building whose roof is next to the ledge you just came across. However, going back across the ramp and entering the building that way isn't the best idea.
2 of 5: Instead, go over to the bottom of the ramp, then look down and use protruding metal things to drop down to the street without dying. (Quicksave first in case something goes wrong.)
3 of 5: You'll then be near the building's main entrance.
