1 of 8: Leave the elevator and turn right, then go through the door that leads to level 1 of the Daigong District.
2 of 8: After a few seconds, you and several other nearby people will experience a powerful EMP-blast-like effect. After you recover, head west down the street.
3 of 8: As you jump over the concrete barriers, Pritchard will contact you and give you the "Secondary: Get a new biochip at the L.I.M.B. clinic" objective. You absolutely *SHOULD NOT* under any circumstances do that objective.
4 of 8: After you visit the L.I.M.B. clinic, run back down the stairs to escape the Belltower guy again, then go back the way you came until you reach the stairs that lead up to level 2.
5 of 8: Go up the stairs and turn right, then sprint past the "Belltower alert zone" and enter the wide alley on your right.
6 of 8: Make your way over to the SW corner of the Kuaigan District, intimidating any civilians who dare to threaten to turn you in to Belltower.
7 of 8: Enter the Youzhao District and go west until you reach the street, then look for a way to enter the Harvesters' hideout.
