How can I get copies of the orders to close the investigation?

  • 1 of 8: Those'll be on Captain Penn's computer. His office is on the second floor.
  • 2 of 8: Go right (west) from the lobby's "restricted area" sliding door to find the stairs, then go up to the second floor.
  • 3 of 8: Go right to reach a railing, then go along it to a point near its end to find yourself next to Penn's office door.
  • 4 of 8: You won't be able to hack its security device unless you've bought the "Capture 2" upgrade for the "Hacking: Capture" cranium augmentation. Even then, the nearby police officers will turn hostile if they see you hacking it.
  • 5 of 8: Search his desk to find a credit chip, a lootable drawer, and a pocket secretary.
  • 6 of 8: Unfortunately, the pocket secretary doesn't have his computer password on it, and you'll need the above-mentioned "Capture 2" upgrade to hack it. (You might as well buy it now if you have a spare Praxis point. It'll come in handy many times in the future.)
  • 7 of 8: Or if you have the "Explosive Mission Pack" DLC, you can use an automatic unlocking device on the computer. (Note that Grayson sells a few automatic unlocking devices, and there's one in the secret stash in your apartment in the Chiron Building.)
  • 8 of 8: After you hack or auto-unlock the computer, read the fourth entry on it to get the info you need.
