How about the PDA for the locked door on Administration Access' upper walkway?
1 of 6: First, find a way to get up to the upper walkway.
2 of 6: Then use the locked door's panel to learn that you need Ron Gibbons' PDA to open this door. Hopefully, that isn't his PDA that you can see in the hallway just past the door!
3 of 6: Actually, that *is* Gibbons' PDA, so you'll have to find another way to get to it other than going through that door.
4 of 6: Drop back down to the Administration Access area's main floor and go through the hellish-looking hole in one wall.
5 of 6: The room past the hole has two doors, one of which is unlocked and leads to the corridor with the PDA.
6 of 6: Once you have it, you can open the nearby door that leads back to the upper walkway of Administration Access (no big deal) plus the locked door back in the Administration Junction room.
