How do I kill this big floating freak-thing in the Ancient Portal room?
1 of 10: That's the first of the three powerful hunter demons, who are all out to get the Bloodstone artifact back. This first one looks a lot like a floating hellknight genie. Charming, eh?
2 of 10: He'll dodge around very agile-like, and will throw small fireballs (occasionally in a cluster) at you. You'd better use local cover to help you dodge those.
3 of 10: Or you could use the grabber gun to return the fireballs to their sender.
4 of 10: However, neither that nor your regular weapons seem to do the hunter demon any damage.
5 of 10: So what about those two weird gun-like contraptions over on his side of the pit? They keep spitting out powerful-looking plasma balls, but they aren't hitting him.
6 of 10: You need to help them out a bit.
7 of 10: While dodging the hunter demon's fireballs, use the grabber gun to grab onto the plasma balls, then shoot them at the demon.
8 of 10: You have to hit him several times to kill him, and every time you hit him, he'll start a sequence of teleportations that ends with one where he tries to appear right next to you long enough to scratch you. Keep running around during his teleportings to help prevent this.

10 of 10: After a radio message from Dr. McNeil, a door on a nearby side ledge will be openable so you can proceed.
