DOOM 3 Hints

When I entered the huge Gallery area, two more Vagaries attacked me!

  • 1 of 4: I guess just one wasn't enough this time.
  • 2 of 4: Fortunately, these Vagaries aren't hyped-up versions of the old one -- they're just counting on catching you by surprise and hoping you forgot how to handle them. Refer back to the Alpha Labs Sector 4 question about Vagary if you need a refresher.
  • 3 of 4: Since Vagaries have 1,300 hit points each, they can't be killed with a single soulcube hit. It'll probably be easier to BFG them first, then use the soulcube.
  • 4 of 4: EXTRA: There's a BFG cell hiding behind some boxes near the door to the Excavation Transfer Lift. Be sure to get it after finishing off the Vagaries.
