Dragonbone Wastes
1 of 5: Move down the path to find a disciple fighting some childer hatchlings. Help them finish each other off, then fight off a hatchling ambush just past that.
2 of 5: Park your party at the hatchling ambush site, then send one character south to lure in darkspawn a few at a time. This is especially important since the darkspawn have an armored ogre with them. (Fortunately, there are also childer hatchlings in the area fighting the darkspawn.)
3 of 5: After they're down, loot the pile of bones that's nearby, then enter the big darkspawn area slowly to make sure it's clear. When it is, look around it for a codex-giving note before moving on to the south.
4 of 5: Quicksave when you approach a large courtyard, then move slowly into it until a high dragon appears.
