The Blight Orphans (Again)
1 of 4: To get this quest to appear on the "Blight Orfans Notis Bord" in the Crown and Lion inn, finish the "The Blight Orphans?" quest, then exit and reenter the inn. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Get the Blight Orphans what they want," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
2 of 4: Talk to the bartender to get his store inventory, then buy the Antivan brandy.
3 of 4: Right-click on the "Blight Orfans Donashun Box" to donate the brandy and 2 gold coins. (Those orphans are getting expensive!)
4 of 4: NOTE: You can get and finish all of the other blight orphans quests without finishing this one, so feel free to leave it unfinished.
