1 of 4: To get this quest to appear on the "Blight Orfans Notis Bord" in the Crown and Lion inn, finish the "The Blight Orphans?" quest, then exit and reenter the inn. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Get Leanna's sermon book for the Blight Orphans," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
2 of 4: Enter the chantry building and go to its west end.
3 of 4: You'll find the book you need on an altar next to a podium.
4 of 4: Take the book, then return to the inn and use the "Blight Orfans Donashun Box" to donate it.
