Those Sweet Orphans
1 of 3: To get this quest to appear on the "Blight Orfans Notis Bord" in the Crown and Lion inn, finish the "The Sermons of Justinia II" quest, then exit and reenter the inn. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Scatter the herbs in Mother Leanna's bed," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
2 of 3: Pick up the bowl of herbs that's near the donation box, then go to the chantry building.
3 of 3: Find Mother Leanna's bed in the north side room and right-click on it to scatter the herbs on it.
