What happens if I support Zathrian?
1 of 4: That'll start a tough combat in which your party and Zathrian must kill Witherfang, Swiftrunner, and several werewolves.
2 of 4: After it's over, loot Witherfang's body to get his magic heart amulet.
3 of 4: Talk to Zathrian and choose to return to the Dalish camp to get a cut-scene that'll finish the quest.
4 of 4: NOTE: When you talk to Zathrian, you can choose to attack him in order to fight him and his summoned shades and sylvans. That way, you'll get to loot him as well as Witherfang for magical items. If you do this, you'll get the "Bring Witherfang's heart to Lanaya" objective.
