What if I put on the guard uniform?

  • 1 of 8: Take the hallway's north branch and loot the wooden crate, then approach the closed door ahead.
  • 2 of 8: You don't know the password yet, so just choose a silly option like "open sesame," then go back south.
  • 3 of 8: Go east and enter the colonel's office to get the "Round up the guards in the storage room" objective.
  • 4 of 8: After you finish it and the "Pass the inspection" objective, return to the guarded door to get one of your patrol pals to give the correct password.
  • 5 of 8: Go through that door and the next one to reach the main hall, then go through its north door.
  • 6 of 8: Check the captain's office to the east for a locked chest, then go through the next north door.
  • 7 of 8: Look in the west side room for another locked chest, then use the final north door to bring up the city map.
  • 8 of 8: Travel to any other area in Denerim to complete your escape.
