Defending the Collective
1 of 4: You can get this quest from the Denerim or Redcliffe bag's job board after you finish every other Mages' Collective quest except "Justice Must Be Served." (Finishing that one makes this one impossible to get.)
2 of 4: You're to deliver bundled testimony to Knight-Commander Harrith in Redcliffe Village.
3 of 4: Find Harrith next to the village mill and talk to him to hand over the testimony. (Note that doing this immediately cancels the "Defying the Collective" quest.)
4 of 4: Then go talk to any of the Mages' Collective Liaison guys to get your reward of 2 gold coins.
