REDCLIFFE: A Village Under Siege

  • 1 of 9: You'll have to do this quest as an early part of the "The Arl of Redcliffe" quest. (NOTE: This entire quest is all stuck in under the one objective of "Prepare Redcliffe for the attack," so these hints won't have an objective list.)
  • 2 of 9: Before you proceed with this quest, look around Redcliffe Village for some early optionals.
  • 3 of 9: You'll be near Ser Perth when you finish the village tour, so talk to him first.
  • 4 of 9: Mention the oil you found in the village store, then ask if there's anything you can do to help.
  • 5 of 9: He'll say that the knights want some holy protection from the Maker.
  • 6 of 9: Find Murdock standing east of the chantry and talk to him next.
  • 7 of 9: He'll tell you that Owen the blacksmith is being stubborn about repairing the militia's equipment.
  • 8 of 9: Do merchant business with Owen if you want to, then exit his shop and report success to Murdock.
  • 9 of 9: Return to Ser Perth and tell him what Mother Hannah said, then tell him you're ready to make your stand in order to progress to the "The Attack at Nightfall" quest.
