How do I destroy the apparatus?
1 of 9: The thing will summon four forgotten spirits that will stand on its four sides.
2 of 9: After equipping and using all the items you have that give you spirit resistance, concentrate all of your attacks on one of the forgotten spirits until it's defeated.
3 of 9: As soon as it is, right-click on the spirit anvil that's next to it to cause it to damage the apparatus.
4 of 9: Once that's done, wait for the apparatus to recall the spirits and then send out a new batch.
5 of 9: The new batch will include an enraged spirit, so concentrate everyone's attacks on it.
6 of 9: NOTE: The apparatus will be blasting you with spirit energy while you fight the enraged spirit, so I hope your spirit resistances are high.
7 of 9: After it goes down, use its spirit anvil to blast the apparatus.
8 of 9: Wait for it to recall and resend the spirits, at which time you'll notice that there are only three forgotten spirits left.
9 of 9: Repeat the process of fighting a forgotten spirit, using its anvil, fighting an enraged spirit, and using its anvil until all four spirit pairs are finished. That will destroy the apparatus.
