What if I choose to kill him?
1 of 3: Use the south doorway to return to the abandoned ruins, where you'll get 1 gold coin as a reward for killing the fugitive.
2 of 3: Use one of the map exits to travel to Hightown on the Kirkwall Day map, then go to the chantry courtyard.
3 of 3: Talk to Magistrate Vanard to finish the quest.
