1 of 6: There's a "gather your party" gimmick right next to the exit, and a codex item on a table directly west of that.
2 of 6: Finish the main plot quest "A Business Discussion" if you want to, then go over to the entry room's bar and order a drink or talk to Corff the Bartender for news.
3 of 6: Squeeze through the narrow opening in the bar counter to the left of Corff so you can go into the back room and find a crate to loot.
4 of 6: Go west from the entry room and turn south, then go through the first door on your right to find some rooms with a chest and a codex item. (Note that taking the items from the chest will start the "Shawl of Dalesdottir" side quest.)
5 of 6: Go farther down the hall and through a door on the left, then look for a barrel and a codex entry in a small side room.
6 of 6: After the hallway turns west, look in the north room for a crate.
