How can I solve the first barrel puzzle?
1 of 7: Go through the starting room's east door, then turn left to see the first barrel puzzle.
2 of 7: This is basically a 3D version of a 2D sliding tile puzzle in which there's one empty space (the top right corner to begin with), and you need to move puzzle pieces (barrels in this case) around to form a certain picture.
3 of 7: This puzzle's finishing "picture" is where all of the big barrels are on the bottom row and all of the small barrels are on the top row, with the empty space back in the top right corner.
4 of 7: There are several ways to solve this puzzle, but note that making too many moves without solving it will trigger a combat with a rage demon and a couple of shades. Specifically, they'll attack right after the 19th move.
5 of 7: You'll get some XP for killing them, but the puzzle will then be non-interactive, so you can't get the attribute point and the XP both.
6 of 7: If you'd rather get the attribute point, select the character you want to have it, then solve the puzzle in 18 moves or less.
7 of 7: Below is a solution that only requires 12 moves from the puzzle's starting state.
