Nothing's happening! What have I missed?

  • 1 of 13: When you have done all you are supposed to do inside the house, Watson will yell that Murray has found a key in the garden.  If that doesn't happen, you've missed something.
  • 2 of 13: I'll assume that you have already solved all of the puzzles ... the Number Board Puzzle, the Joker Puzzle and the Noah's Ark Puzzle.
  • 3 of 13: And, I assume you've read every document and book that you've picked up -- especially the 6 documents from the safe.
  • 4 of 13: In addition, you must have clicked on every clickable spot and picked up all items.  (The following hints provide a step-by-step guide.)
  • 5 of 13: When you first enter the house, make sure you have measured the shoes and the footprint on the floor.  (This is the one I missed.)
  • 6 of 13: Go down to the screen containing the Joker automaton and the main view of the living room.
  • 7 of 13: Pick up the wooden toy under the table.  Click on each and every one of the pictures on the left wall.  Return to the main entry screen.
  • 8 of 13: Move to the right side and pick up (and read) a book from the bookcase.
  • 9 of 13: Enter the Kitchen (door to the left of the bookcase).  Find one item and look at others.
  • 10 of 13: Leave the Kitchen.  Look for the "walk" icon on the right side.  Enter the hallway by clicking on the door you can see from the bookcase section.
  • 11 of 13: After lighting the lamp, look at the map on the floor near it.  Enter the 2nd door into the Bedroom.
  • 12 of 13: In the Bedroom, click on the shoe polisher, the machinery, the wall certificates, and the screwdriver in the window.
  • 13 of 13: Move to your right.  Click on the bed and then the corner sink.  Get the greasy substance from the counter.  Exit that screen and click on the picture on the wall to the right of the sink.
