Where can I find metal rods?

  • 1 of 12: Okay, this is the one item that cannot be found on the ground.
  • 2 of 12: You won't be able to obtain the metal rods until you've found the other parts of the sistrum...
  • 3 of 12: ...and put the frame of the sistrum together.
  • 4 of 12: Someone will be able to give you the metal rods.
  • 5 of 12: The dwarf is the one who has them, but he won't part with them easily.
  • 6 of 12: As happens in all such games, you've got to give a little to get a little.  Perhaps if you could help the dwarf, he'll help you in return.
  • 7 of 12: Did you notice the rope hanging down, behind the dwarf?
  • 8 of 12: The rope is too short for the dwarf to grab it.
  • 9 of 12: If you could find a way to extend his rope for him, he would most likely be very grateful.
  • 10 of 12: Once you have some rope, return to the dwarf (the head on the canopic jar should be facing to your right).
  • 11 of 12: Go ahead and tie your length of rope onto the rope hanging behind him.
  • 12 of 12: Talk to him again.  Sure enough, he's grateful enough to give you the metal rods needed to finish making the sistrum.
