Fable: The Lost Chapters Hints

Temple of Light

  • 1 of 8: This quest is added to your list when you first teleport to the Witchwood Cullis Gate area, which you can't do until you're on the Gold Quest entitled "Find the Archaeologist."
  • 2 of 8: The Temple of Avo area is past the Witchwood Stones area, so go visit it (preferably sometime after finishing the above-mentioned gold quest).
  • 3 of 8: It works kind of like the Chapel of Skorm in the Darkwood, in that you need to make offerings in order to receive blessings.
  • 4 of 8: Avo wants cash, so you'll be donating money, not innocent people.
  • 5 of 8: If you donate enough, you can be rewarded by having several years taken off of your age, gaining the title of paladin, or even getting the legendary weapon named Sentinus!
  • 6 of 8: Donating in large amounts can be a pain since you have to lean on the "increase donation" key and watch it slowly build up, but it does speed up after you lean on the key for awhile (better watch that!).
  • 7 of 8: To get Sentinus, you need to donate a huge chunk of money all at once. How much depends on your alignment, and the more righteous and good you are, the more money it will take. My character had a full "good bar" on his personality screen, and had to donate 325,000 gold to get Sentinus!
