How can I get the password?
1 of 4: Go through the doorway that enters the area, then immediately turn right and go down some steps.
2 of 4: Go down the following broken steps to get onto a pipe, then turn left and get onto a walkway segment.
3 of 4: Run along it until you can turn right, then look for the password next to a toolbox.
4 of 4: Quickly grab it and go back the way you came, careful not to fall off the pipe as you jump back onto the broken stairs.
