When should I do this add-on's quests?
1 of 3: The game advises you to be at least level 25, and I'd have to agree with that. This is another tough module that low-level characters can't survive.
2 of 3: However, since you can return to the Mojave Wasteland before completing the module, you could start it at any time and see how far you can get.
3 of 3: As for what you should bring with you if you're serious about finishing the module, it's about the same as for the Old World Blues module (see link below), though you won't encounter as many robots in this one.
