How can I get the Repair skill book?
1 of 3: Quicksave before you start, then run all the way down to an enclosed structure.
2 of 3: In the structure, look for a tripwire near the corpse. Quickly crouch down and disable it, then hack the nearby terminal (Science 25+ required) and shut off the speakers before your collar explodes.
3 of 3: You're then safe to loot the area. Look for the Repair skill book on the floor near the corpse.
