How can I get over to that door?
1 of 6: One way is to go along the intact walkway until you reach the floor.
2 of 6: Once you do, look for a white arrow over to your right. It marks a narrow bear-trap-laden passage that leads to the bottom stairs of another walkway section.
3 of 6: Run up to the top of those stairs, then turn left and move along the walkway to reach the utility door (or turn right to get a Repair skill book).
4 of 6: There is another way to get across to the utility door that avoids the toxic cloud and bear traps. Start by dropping off the broken walkway segment and landing on the rubble below.
5 of 6: Hop over to the third white dynamo that's partly buried in rubble, then jump from it to the lower part of the nearby huge rubble pile, being careful not to drop down into the toxic cloud.
6 of 6: Move around on the rubble pile to where you can get on top of it, then jump over the nearby railing to get onto the walkway. Go up a few steps, then turn left to get to the utility door. (Or turn right to get the above-mentioned Repair skill book.)
