Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Cancel the missile launch.
1 of 6: Make sure all of the marked men and eyebots are destroyed, then find Ulysses' body (if you killed him) and loot it.
2 of 6: Next, find the large Missile Launch Terminal near the center of the chamber.
3 of 6: Use it to bring up a list of choices on what to do about the missile launch.
4 of 6: One choice is to attempt to cancel the launch, but there's no way you can do it unless you brought ED-E in with you. If you did, you can choose to let him sacrifice himself to abort the launch.
5 of 6: Your other choices are to redirect the missiles at Caesar's Legion, the NCR, or both. (Note that all of those options fail this quest and start the "The Apocalypse" quest.)
