Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Post-Quest Notes
1 of 7: Right after you're returned to the Mojave Wasteland, you'll get a new perk. There are four different possibilities based on what you did with Ulysses' missiles.
2 of 7: All four of the perks let you add one point to an attribute of your choice. They only differ in their names and which factions you gain fame and infamy with.
* Divide Survivor (aborted the launch): Followers of the Apocalypse (fame), Brotherhood of Steel (fame) * Scourge of the East (nuked Caesar's Legion): NCR (fame), Caesar's Legion (infamy) * The Bear-Slayer (nuked the NCR): NCR (infamy), Caesar's Legion (fame) * Dead Man's Burden (nuked both): NCR (infamy), Caesar's Legion (infamy), Boomers (fame), Powder Gangers (fame)
3 of 7: Before you go anywhere, look for a new footlocker nearby. It'll contain all of Ulysses' unique items, his final message, the bitter drink recipe (if Ulysses is dead), a Red Glare rocket launcher, 100 rockets, the Courier Duster, and a few other items.
4 of 7: If you nuked the NCR, you'll now be able to visit the new Long 15 area. If you nuked the Legion, you can visit the new Dry Wells area. If you nuked both, you can visit both new areas.
5 of 7: If you talked Ulysses out of a fight instead of killing him, you can go back to the Divide and find him sitting on a boulder a short way south of the Hopeville Silo Bunker Entrance location.
6 of 7: If you make your way through the Divide's areas again, you'll find that most of the enemies you killed off earlier have respawned. Unfortunately, that doesn't apply to loot containers.
7 of 7: Whenever you have the Mojave Wasteland's ED-E as a follower, you'll get all the benefits of the Camarader-E perk. You'll also be able to use him as a portable workbench and reloading bench (though note that you don't have to even enter the Divide to get those services from him).
