Welcome to the Big Empty
1 of 6: Run around the balcony you're on to find a few containers to loot, then go through the door.
2 of 6: Past it is a set of rooms that will act as your home base for this region. For now, you can't do much except loot the containers and use the workbench and reloading bench.
3 of 6: In the south side room, go through the unlocked door that leads to the Think Tank area.
4 of 6: Go forward and up the ramp, then move across the floor until the freaky residents start talking to you.
5 of 6: After the long conversation is over, you'll have five new quests, two of which are optional (but highly recommended).
6 of 6: Before you start on any quests, you should fully explore the Sink Area to see what all it has to offer you.
