Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints

Climb up to the satellite dish and retrieve the X-2 Antenna.

  • 1 of 8: When you open the door that's ahead, be ready to fight three tough Protectron Mk3 robots.
  • 2 of 8: Go up the stairs to the top floor, then look for a way to get up to the big satellite dish that's on top of the building.
  • 3 of 8: The door that leads outside can't get you there, so try the ladder.
  • 4 of 8: Use the ladder that's near the top of the stairs to get onto the dish.
  • 5 of 8: Go to the dish's SW side to find a large slanted ladder that you can run up.
  • 6 of 8: At its top is the structure with the X-2 antenna in it. Move up to it so you can take it.
  • 7 of 8: NOTE: As soon as you take the antenna, some robo-scorpions will appear nearby, making it impossible to fast-travel away.
  • 8 of 8: TIP: If you don't want to fight the robo-scorpions at all, move along the upper edge of the satellite dish until you get a perimeter warning. Stay there until you're taken back to the Sink's balcony.
