Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints

Confront Dr. Mobius at the Forbidden Zone Dome.

  • 1 of 7: Go up the stairs near the NW corner of the area, then turn right and go through a small room.
  • 2 of 7: Past it is a door on the left that leads to the Forbidden Zone Dome area.
  • 3 of 7: Go through the door to enter a large room that's very similar to Dr. Klein's Think Tank room.
  • 4 of 7: Look around for loot, then chase down Dr. Mobius and talk to him.
  • 5 of 7: You can insist on killing him in order to get the "Satisfy Dr. Mobius' curiosity about what it's like to be killed" objective, or you can talk to him without using any of the "kill" options to skip that objective and go straight to "Retrieve your brain from the Forbidden Zone."
  • 6 of 7: TIP: If you want to kill Mobius, finish talking to him without saying so, then follow him around until you can hit him with a powerful sneak attack.
  • 7 of 7: Note that there's no disadvantage to killing Mobius (unless the combat is too tough for you), and it even gives you an extra option later on when talking to Dr. Klein. Also, Mobius always has a stealth boy on him, plus lots of other good stuff.
