On The Same Wavelength
1 of 5: After finishing the "Welcome to the Big Empty" main quest, talk to Dr. 8 until you get Science 75 and Perception 7 checks. Choose either one (whether you can pass it or not) to get this quest.
2 of 5: In order to finish the quest, you'll need to pass the Science 75 check, followed by another one.
3 of 5: After you do, you'll have two karma-related options.
4 of 5: If you choose to "violate his rights", you'll get some stuff from him plus negative karma. The other option gives you good karma, but no items.
5 of 5: If you do the rights-violating thing, you can return to him every now and then and get some more stuff.
