1 of 3: This unique machete has the following advantages over regular machetes: 63.6% more damage, 63.6% more critical damage, 100% higher critical chance multiplier, 25% more limb damage, 50% more health, 10% fewer action points required.
2 of 3: The Legionnaire named Dead Sea is using it. Do the "We Are Legion" Caesar's Legion faction quest if you want to get it as a quest reward, or do the "Restoring Hope" NCR faction quest if you'd rather kill Dead Sea for it.
3 of 3: If you don't feel like doing either of those quests anytime soon, you might be able to pickpocket Liberator from him, though that could be difficult.
