Cram Opener
1 of 6: This unique bladed gauntlet has the following advantages over regular bladed gauntlets: 12% more damage, 10% more critical damage, 25% more health.
2 of 6: It's in the inventory of Little Buster at Camp McCarran (location 37 on the Zone 1 Map).
3 of 6: He has a minor role to play in the "Three-Card Bounty" NCR faction quest, but you can sneakily kill him at any time without ruining that quest.
4 of 6: He's usually either sleeping in the SW corner tent in the array of tents or punching the practice dummy that's a bit west of that tent.
5 of 6: Note that he probably won't have Cram Opener equipped, so you should be able to pickpocket it if you don't want to kill him for it.
6 of 6: If you've already finished the above quest and Little Buster isn't in Camp McCarran anymore, look for his dead body on the tracks a ways directly south of the north gate in Freeside's first section. Fortunately, whoever killed him didn't take Cram Opener from his body. (Note that if you pickpocketed it from him earlier, you can get a second one from his body.)
