Go to Camp McCarran (location 37 on the Zone 1 Map) and talk to Major Dhatri west of the tent area (or next to the huge terminal building) to get this quest.
- Major Dhatri has bounties available. Speak to him about receiving a ....
- Kill Violet and acquire her head - preferably intact.
- Return to Major Dhatri with Violet's head and collect the bounty.
