Motor-Runner's Helmet
1 of 3: This unique helmet has the following properties: damage threshold +2, Perception +1, Melee Weapons +5.
2 of 3: It's being worn by Motor-Runner in Vault 3. See the "Putting the Hit on Motor-Runner" undocumented quest for options on getting it.
3 of 3: NOTE: A game update causes the helmet to be taken from you when you tell Colonel Hsu that Motor-Runner is dead. If you want to keep the helmet, never use that dialogue option.
