Is there another way to open the door?
1 of 5: You can go up to the top floor and get one of its keycards.
2 of 5: Return to the long hall and go to its south end, then turn right and go up the stairs to find a door to the top floor.
3 of 5: When you come to some rubble and a couple of dead Brotherhood of Steel guys, jump over the rubble to find Piers Isley's briefcase on the floor next to a skeleton.
4 of 5: Raid the briefcase to get a third floor security card.
5 of 5: Go back down to the second floor and return to the locked door to find that you can now open it.
