What do I do if my skills are too low?
1 of 3: If you pickpocketed the activation code from Curtis earlier (or killed him and took it from his body), you can enter the deactivation code to disarm the bomb.
2 of 3: Otherwise, check through your inventory to see if you have any chems, skill magazines, or other items that'll temporarily get your Science or Explosives skill up high enough to defuse the bomb.
3 of 3: If you have no way of disarming or defusing the bomb, your only choice will be to get off the monorail and wait for it to take off and blow up.
