Go to Camp Golf (location 27 on the Zone 2 Map) and talk to Sgt. McCredie in the northern-most tent to get this quest.
- Talk to the Misfits about improving their squad.
- Fake the Misfits' readiness reports.
- Return to Poindexter and tell him about the altered records.
- Get drugs from Jack at Red Rock Canyon.
- Return the drugs to Razz.
