5 Frag Grenades
1 of 3: Two of them are in an unmovable container that's on a top shelf almost directly east of the training dummy. Jump onto the large trunk that's on the nearby desk, then turn SW and quicksave. You need to jump over to the shelf that the grenade container is on, but there's a light fixture in the way that'll make that extremely difficult. Try hitting the Jump key rapidly several times as you go across.
2 of 3: Two more are in the unmovable container that's on the next-to-bottom shelf on the set of metal shelves that's nearest the Nuka-Cola vending machine.
3 of 3: To get the final grenade, jump onto the desk that's against the SW wall, then turn and look at the nearest light fixture that's hanging from the ceiling. The grenade is on top of the fixture, near its right end. Jump up and down until you can get it.
