Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Go to the El Dorado power station and install the Override Chip.
1 of 5: Go to the El Dorado Substation (location 2 on the Zone 4 Map) and find the garage door that leads into the substation building.
2 of 5: Quicksave before you go in, though. Any NCR troops inside will turn hostile and attack you when you do. (Note that if you came during the day, there may not be any troops inside.)
3 of 5: If you don't want to just go in and blast 'em all, use a stealth boy so you can sneak in and out undetected.
4 of 5: Or you can go in while wearing some type of NCR outfit.
