Speak with Colonel Moore at Hoover Dam for further instructions regarding ....
1 of 4: NOTE: After you talk to Colonel Moore, the only way things can end is with the Kings getting wiped out. Crocker will count that as a failure, so you might want to skip this objective and do the "(Optional) Speak with Colonel Hsu in Camp McCarran for further ..." one instead.
2 of 4: Go to Hoover Dam (location 45 on the Zone 2 Map) and enter the visitor center.
3 of 4: Use the elevator that goes to the Hoover Dam Power Plant 01 area, then turn right and go down the hall to find a door to the offices area.
4 of 4: The first door on the right after you enter the offices area is the colonel's office. Talk to her about Crocker sending you to get your next objective.
