Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Visit the Great Khans in Red Rock Canyon and either enlist their aid or ....
1 of 3: Go to Red Rock Canyon (location 15 on the Zone 1 Map), then decide how you want to proceed.
2 of 3: If you want to just kill off the Great Khans' leaders in order to remove any possible threat to the NCR, find and kill Papa Khan and Regis. (They're probably both inside the longhouse.) This will, of course, turn all the other Great Khans hostile.
3 of 3: If you'd rather get the Great Khans to ally with the NCR, do the NCR alliance objectives in the "Oh My Papa" Great Khans faction quest.
